Use Body buddy to help you achieve your health, fitness and weight loss goals.

It provides you with a journal of your daily activities and food consumption with graphs that chart you progress towards you goals.

You can set your own profile and goals – make them realistic – then work towards them. Be honest about what you eat and how much exercise you do and you will gradually be able to balance you calorie consumption and increase your fitness.

Once you have achieved your goals, use the app to keep to a balanced calorie intake and exercise routine – it is hard to maintain fitness levels and ideal weight if you are not monitoring them daily.

Body Buddy also assists diabetics by recording Blood sugar readings and calorie intake.

Key features of Body Buddy include:

• Set up your own profile: current weight, height, gender and age
• Set your goals:
- Calorie intake/day
- Weight loss target and target date
- Exercise effort per week
- Decide on what you want to record
• Record your exercise, such as: Cycling, Running, Gym, Yoga, Football, Swimming
• Record eating, hydration and alcohol consumption
• Record how you feel during the day
• Record Blood sugar levels
• See your daily journal and achievement towards your goals

We are not stopping here, there are plenty of extra features we will be adding, including social media links, more recording options, inclusion of pictures and much more.

We are always looking for new ideas and improvements, so any feedback will be gratefully received via: [email protected]
